• Goods may be returned for exchange, with prior authorization, within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

• To receive the appropriate authorization, please call or e-mail Canadian Arctic Producers to receive a Return Merchandise Approval number (RMA).

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Unauthorized returns, or returns not identified by an RMA number, cannot be accepted and will be returned via COLLECT freight.
•  Returned goods must be in resalable condition and repackaged appropriately to avoid damages in transit.  
• Goods being returned are to be shipped via PREPAID freight.  
• When returning merchandise, please include the following supporting documentation:
  
  
•  Proof of Purchase (original invoice or packing slip)
• All original Canadian Arctic Producers tags & labels (e.g. price tag, etc.)     
• Notation indicating the RMA number 
• The full purchase price of goods, authorized for return, will be credited to your account.
